Part 4 of our WHY NOT series focused on Finance. Ps Phill presented some danger signs of living in debt or heading toward unserviceable debt. We learned some Godly principles in relation to money. God doesn’t want our money, he wants our heart. So how can do we know if God has our heart? He has our money. We were presented with the 180 day Sowing and Reaping Challenge, the idea to tithe 10% and to save 10%-just see what God will do! We were reminded from Colossians 2:13-15 of the debt we cannot repay but through Christ the record of charges against us has been taken away, being nailed to the cross.

My what a wonderful time we had on Sunday to celebrate the Mother’s! Boy was it a surprise to see the Blokes suited up for the occasion with a rose in hand as the curtains were drawn back!You never know what to expect at Compass! How amazing to hear of God working in the lives of David and Lisa with Baby Emile. God has his on this little life and has worked miracle after miracle for young Emile.

Ps Steve Cioccolanti came to speak to us on topic of End Times. His power point slides of concepts and dates showed that there will be significant change in the coming years. It is amazing the patterns that we have seen occurring and how God is indeed moving and his word being so evidently revealed. The podcast will be up shortly online for you to listen to.
